Please note that all prices shown are estimates; final prices are documented in the signed contract.
You may visit for a private tour by selecting a tour slot on the Tour Booking Calendar. You may also contact Jack and Cindy if you have specific questions or accommodations to discuss before booking.
Lower Notley Hall Farm is private property; only those who have officially booked through the online system or by contacting us directly are welcomed as guests. All other contact with the private property will be considered trespassing.
The Manor House includes multiple elegant spaces available for your event: the Double Parlors, the Garner Dining Room, and the Locke Rooms. Each space offers distinct historic character. The covered porch overlooking the Wicomico River is available for cocktail hours and gatherings.
The reception barn, located just steps from the river, is a spacious rustic venue built by the local Amish community.
Please ask us during your tour about specific room availability for your event type and size.
The base venue rental includes:
- Use of restrooms throughout the property
- Tables, chairs, and benches
- Firepit
- Decorative accessories already on-site: wine barrels, some linens, a portable bar, cake tables, buffet tables, mason jars, shepherd hooks, and your choice of two wedding arches
The base price does not include a bartender, DJ, cake, caterer, wedding planner, photographers, or similar vendor services. Please take a gander at our Preferred Vendors to plan out your event’s amenities and services.
Yes, alcoholic beverages may be served at Lower Notley Hall Farm. Maryland requires a licensed bartender for any event where alcohol is served. Please discuss your plans with us and include licensed bartending services in your vendor planning.

Yes! Photography inside the Manor House is welcome and encouraged. The historic rooms, grand staircase, and period furnishings make for stunning bridal portraits. Please let us know if you have special photography requests and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
Lower Notley Hall Farm can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests for a combined indoor/outdoor event. For events with fewer than 100 guests, a pricing discount applies — see our Pricing page for details.
For specific layout questions or larger party inquiries, please contact us and we’ll discuss the best arrangement for your event.
Yes! We proudly offer a discount for active-duty military, veterans, first responders (EMT/EMS/police/fire), and licensed teachers. Valid ID or documentation is required at the time of contract signing.

Absolutely! We work with a number of talented local vendors who know our property well. Visit our Recommended Vendors page for a curated list of caterers, photographers, DJs, florists, and more.
We do not require you to use our recommended vendors, but they come highly endorsed by couples who have celebrated here before.
