• Chandeliers, dimmable Edison lights, and fairy lights shrouded by delicate lace curtains
• Tulle-draped wooden rafters
• Custom 200-years-old antique wooden mobile bar
• Handcrafted 6-foot barnwood cake/dessert table
• Wine barrel tables and other smaller tables available
• 5-foot diameter wooden spool tables with 9-foot lighted umbrellas on deck
• Various decorative items such as table numbers, wooden cupcake stands, cake display plates, etc. available upon request

The services of the In-House Day-of-Coordinator are included in the base price.

• We provide restrooms for all guests
• Well-lit parking lot nearby the reception barn
• Parking pad, electric and water provided to caterers
• Golf cart chauffeuring and portable ramps

Lower Notley Hall Farm also cleans the Venue Barn, and packs all of the Clients/other decorations after the reception for a ‘day-after’ pickup. If desired, we will pack up your food items and store them in our refrigerators. You can take the food home that evening or pick it up the next morning.

For all contracted Clients using the Venue for Engagement or Save-The-Date type photos is free of charge.
